Hello! I'm Dr. Karen Ross the founder of Bubblez, and I’m excited to share my journey with you. After pursuing an associate degree, followed by a bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degree in business administration, I dedicated over 10 years to corporate America in the contracting and government sector. I felt accomplished in my career, but as a busy mom, I often struggled to balance the demands of work and family life.
Throughout my education and career, I developed a deep understanding of business operations and the importance of efficiency and quality service. However, the hectic lifestyle of managing both a corporate job and family responsibilities made me realize that something had to change
Inspired by my experiences as a mom and recognizing the need for reliable laundry solutions, I decided to leave the corporate world behind. I wanted to create a business that not only met the needs of busy families like mine but also allowed me to follow my passion for providing top-notch customer service.
Thus, Bubblez was born—a wash & fold company that also offers dry cleaning services. My mission is to take the stress of laundry off your shoulders, allowing you to spend more quality time with your loved ones. With a strong foundation in business and a commitment to excellence, I strive to deliver convenience and quality to every customer.
